A SMALL ADJUSTMENT CAN OPEN UP A LOT
A beginner often tries to punch using mostly their arm. In an intro lesson, we might explore how the legs and hips contribute—and how turning the hip changes a cross, hook, or round kick.
That gives you something concrete to experience: an adjustment to try, feedback from your coach, and another chance to feel the movement.
Practice gives you repetitions. Coaching helps you understand what to adjust and what to keep working on.
Your lesson follows your experience and current skill level. These are examples of what we may explore together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During your 30-minute lesson, I’ll assess where you are and coach from there. For many beginners, we start with generating power in punches or kicks.
Try an adjustment, notice what changes, and ask questions as we work together.
